1. Processing
Once we receive your order at Brand Nu Apparel, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Processing time is separate from the shipping time, which is how long it takes for your shipment to reach its destination after fulfillment. Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received and processed the package through their system.
2. Purchasing
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee stock availability for items in your shopping cart. If an item sells out, you will be contacted via email regarding your missing item. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping methods and their costs. Brand Nu Apparel offers the following shipping method:
• USPS First Class: 5 - 7 Business Days

We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, click [here].
Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days of receiving the label.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Examples of items that cannot be resold include:
• Items with stains, tears, or rips
• Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
• Items with missing tags or packaging
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

If you return an item for any reason other than an error on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the shipping cost to you and the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered. We may also charge a restocking fee for items returned without all original tags or packaging.
